Season ticket offer terms & conditions

Season ticket summer
- Season Ticket Summer is a competition on Real Radio North East running for several weeks in the Legends show between 6pm and 8pm each weekday.
- Listeners are invited to call in when they hear a qualifier question to 0845 002 1100
- Callers will be taken at random and called back before being put to air.
- In case of fairness, once a caller is put through on air the phone lines will be closed and reopened once the qualifying question is announced.
- The caller is then given the opportunity to answer the qualifier question.
- In the event their answer is incorrect, another random caller will be put to air and given the opportunity to answer and so on.
- In the event their answer is correct, that call will get to play “Season Ticket Summer”
- The caller will be asked questions with each correct answer scoring one point.
- Each question will be asked twice following which at 10 second timer will commence.
- To score a point the caller must answer correctly within the 10 seconds.
- The callers first answer will be take as their final answer.
- The number of consecutive correct answers will be the callers score.
- When the caller fails to answer correctly or within the 10 second timer their score ends.
- Towards the end of Friday evenings Legends show a Final Whistle will sound.
- The player from that week who has scored the most points wins a pair of Season tickets to the North East Club of their choice.
- For the avoidance of doubt we define North East Clubs as Newcastle United, Sunderland AFC, Middlesbrough FC, Darlington FC and Hartlepool FC.
- In the even of a tie (ie two or more callers getting the same score) those callers will be brought to air on the following Monday show for a tie break.
- Callers are allowed to enter Season Ticket Summer as often as they wish but only allowed to win the weekly prize once during the campaign.
- In the event of a dispute, the adjudicators decision is final.
- The nominated adjudicator may change from show to show but will normally be the Legends producer and / or The Programme Director.
- The presenter(s) and the radio station may use appropriate discretion in ensuring complete transparency and fairness to all competition entrants.
