The London Organising Committee are in the North East to recruit volunteers for the Olympics in 2012.
Applications open on the 15th of September 2010.
They want to attract, train and retain up to 70,000 dedicated and inspirational people from all over the UK.
Roles include meet and greet, ceremonies costume assistants, spectator assistants, uniform distributors and ticket checking.
