AN INNOVATIVE WEBSITE created by North Tyneside's harm reduction strategy manager has won an NHS Innovation award.
www.hiwecanhelp.com has been developed by Roweena Russell.
It brings together advice from nutritionists and housing associations as well as videos showing addicts how drugs affect their bodies.
The site is seen as a 'one stop shop' for drug treatment professionals and helps to speed up the path to treatment.
It's already being used across the North East and it could go nationwide.
