With 1.18 million single sales across the UK... it's Steps!  Their double A side of Heartbeat/Tragedy was also their first UK number one.

Kylie and Jason Donovan are at number two with Especially For You - they were planning to perform the song together at a 25th Anniversary celebration of the Hit Factory before it was cancelled because of bad weather.
