6, Food Diary
A food diary can reveal all sorts of patterns in your eating habits of which you are probably unaware. Keep a log of everything you eat, the time you ate, the food you consumed, the quantity and any symptoms (e.g tired, bloated, etc) that you experience around eating the food. This could reveal patterns surrounding the choices you are making about what you eat.

9, Pack Your Own Lunch.
Instead of going out and spending a fortune for lunch, pack your own. Not only will you have more control over how healthy and how many calories you consume, you save a bundle of cash as well. Try to eat a well balanced lunch with plenty of protein, carbs, fruits and vegetables.
